Started career with Design, Engineering and Construction and thereafter moved into Sales and Marketing for the last 25 years. Received award for Excellence in April 1993 from Director Mather+Platt in 1993. Worked with Furtune 500 companies like Tyco……….. and represented them in India to established their brand and products with few of the largest Multi billion dollar government owned companies and renowned publicly listed and private companies. He has created systematic and planned roadmap to successfully launch and established Multinational companies in India by creating distribution channel based on the Merits and qualification of the distributors and created professional culture v/s performance culture to arrive on targets set with the distributors in terms of revenue generation of MNCs. Associated with MIT – Pune to deliver lecture on Fire Alarms Systems to PGD students. Was Member of Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS) committee Fire Fighting Sectional Committee, CED 22. To expand his expertise , He has entered into Mergers and acquisitions Of companies / businesses in the area of engineering, manufacturing and fire safety services. He is also working closely with investment bankers to raise debt and equity finance from private equity, venture capital, angel investors, Fund house , blank cheque companies, banks and NBFC.
